I say you must be mad!

Hiya to whoever is reading this,

Long time no see! I’m so sorry and it is completely inexcusable of me to not blog for almost a week without a good enough reason. I’ve had a difficult week for a number of different reasons and a post that’ll hopefully be up soon should explain this =)

It must have been a blue moon, I had an amazing time out in Soho with my parents last night. We payed a well earned trip to Ed’s Diner and ventured to Soho theatre to see Monster Raving Loony by James Graham, hilarious play based on the life of the founder of the Monster Raving Loony Party, Screaming Lord Sutch.

Considering it was their first night playing in London, the show was seemingly flawless and everyone was having an awesome time, until whatever little leprechaun that was keeping me lucky decided to pack it in and go for a nap or something, leaving me undefended against my monstrous bad luck!

As part of the play, each audience member has a raffle ticket (and a flipping awesome arty hat!) and as you’ve probably guessed one extremely fortunate person (🙄) has the random winning number.

I love my totally-not-embarrassing-fantabolous life!

I’m also now convinced that the number 165 has it in for me…

So i was sitting there, in the middle of the studio, blissfully content until this was announced…

“Have we got a 1” oh, good it’s probably not gonna be me “6” no, no, no “5, anywhere in the audience?” why cruel world!?!?!?!?!??

As you can probably imagine, I went bright red and my dad was hysterical with laughter (thanks dad…)

To cut a long story short, I ended up with a really heavy prop TV from the 1950’s on my lap for the next 5 minutes, until they thankfully took it back (the leprechaun woke up) but I remained beetroot, much to my parents laughing delight, for the next hour.

Needless to say, I had an awesome Saturday night, even though you could practically fry eggs on my face!
