My Summer Bucket List…

Hiya to whoever is reading this,

Soooooo glad it’s nearly summer! I’ve had a really difficult school year and I can’t wait just to get on my summer break and forget about all the things that have made life sucky. So I thought I’d write a bucket list, cause i have a lot of things that I want to achieve and I thought It’d be nice to share it with you guys =)

1) Keep up my fitness levels

As some of you might know, I’m a rower, so keeping my fitness levels up when there are long gaps in training is so crucial. My aim is to workout at least 4-5 times a week and eat as healthily as possible, as i think it would crush me if I got back to training in September and my progress had decreased. I’m going to be starting a new series on my blog, all to do with healthy eating, fitness, confidence in your own skin and kind of a pool of all the research I’ve done into it, so please comment if there are any particular posts to do with that, that you want =)

I’ve also got a post all about rowing planned, so comment below if you guys would like to see it =)

2) Become more confident

In the past year, I’ve started to struggle confidence-wise about the way I look. Problems at school haven’t helped and I think it’s time i changed something. Maybe it might just be looking in the mirror and being proud of me, or taking a chance i didn’t have the courage to risk before, but i want to be able to look back at this summer and feel like i’ve made a start.

3) Do something spontaneous…

Hmm… this one might need some attention….This kind of ties in with the last one, but this girls needs a bit of (not literal) sugar, spice and something daringly nice in her summer and I want this couple of months to be a pivotal point of happiness for me and hopefully with a bit of pixie dust…I can make it happen!

4) The Blogosphere…

Fingers crossed that this summer I’ll be able to blog most days as I really want to get more involved with you guys and just make more time to do what I love on this lovely little alternate universe =)

I will also start blogging properly on the collab blog (yeah…oops) which i’ve stupidly neglected slightly so keep ya eyes peeled for that! =)

5) Youtube….?

I’ve toyed with the idea of starting a Youtube channel for a while now, but something about it really inspires me and makes me feel all buzzy inside, so if a Youtube channel is something you’d like me to start, then please comment below! =)

I did start an instagram account for my blog a few weeks ago, so if you want to keep a bit more up to date with what I’m doing my username is @georgiegrl2 (I do follow back!)

  1. Yay, i’m so glad it’s summer break for you as well ^^ Mine started a week ago. Looks like we both had tough school years, break feels AMAZING XD These are great goals ^^

  2. YAY these are amazing goals for the summer! Yeah, starting a youtube channel would be amazing; I’d definitely watch. As for fitness, how about tips on getting motivated to keep fit?

      I’m going on an international trip with school soon so I’m gonna film it (hopefully) and make a vid for my blog so I can practise editing

      It’s awesome having a break from school but I miss training sooooo much even though I’m keeping up my fitness at home
      Hopefully I’ll set a channel up in the next few weeks…wish me luck!!!
