Hiya to whoever is reading this,
No one knows this yet, but I’ve set myself a challenge;
I will be able to do the splits (without breaking my legs) by Xmas!
Now, that seems like a bit of a tall order, but i have found a really good website that has given me some great exercises and I have made a lot of progress, just in one evening!
And here’s the catch, if I don’t reach my target, I will have to do a forefoot, thought of by you guys!!!!!
